Michelle Oliver
MD/DE/DC State Manager
Michelle, and her husband Louis, have been homeschooling their five children since their oldest turned pre-school age in 1997. It was a very easy decision to home school their children after being introduced to home education during their college years.
Michelle is a graduate of the University of Virginia, Charlottesville, VA, with a degree in Philosophy and a concentration in Pre-Medicine. The passion of her heart has been recapturing the Biblical definition of the family, child development, and winning the next generation. She has been involved in children's ministry at her home church, and is currently serving in small groups aimed at encouraging young mothers and newly married couples.
Classical education has been an answered prayer for her family. She and her family joined the first Classical Conversations' Community in the state of Maryland in 2007. She directed the Challenge I Program and has now joined Classical Conversations as Maryland's, DC's, and Delaware's first State Manager.
